He is survived by: his wife Peggy Havard; his son Vince Havard; his daughter-in-law Kim; his grandchildren, Delaney Smith (Drew), Cameron Havard (Elizabeth), Drew Havard and Chandlar Havard; his daughter Heather Tye (Tullis); his grandchildren, Lindsie Eubanks, Ronnie McMillan, Colin Eubanks, Autumn Mercer, Aubrey Tye, Jacob Hand, Aidan Eubanks, Allison Millwood, Brady Tye, Lily Glover, Jocelyn Eubanks and Walker Eubanks; his siblings, Willene Smith (Raymond), J. C. Havard (Vivian) and Clint Havard (Minnie); and also, Tate, Grayson Smith and Barrett Liam McMillan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
