He was predeceased by: his wife Alva Lucille "Kat" Goff Williams; his daughter Lenda "Nena" Williams Bridges; his parents, Benjamin Aldon Williams and Zeolo McDonald Williams; his grandson Robbie Bridges; his siblings, Aldon Williams and Jean McCallom (Mac); and his son-in-law Sebastian Garcia.
He is survived by: his children, Ruth Davis (Mitchell), Mazie Garcia and Benjamin Williams (Stephanie); his son-in-law David Bridges (Julie); his siblings, Jesse Williams (Betty), Emery Williams (Ann) and Don Williams; and his sister-in-law Ina Williams. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
