He is survived by: his children, Jennie Johnston, Chris Johnston (Tiare), Michael Terry (April) and Numerous; and his close friends, Wayne Chenault, Kevin Bess, Robert Gainey, Sommer Shepherd, Krysty Mizell and Tina Smith. He is also survived by Numerous other relatives and friends.
