He was predeceased by: his children, Henry Moran and Tobia Eubanks; his parents, Murray William and Elsie Parker Moran; and his siblings, Hilton Moran, Rose Moran and Ginger Saucier.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Etheredge Moran; his sons, Vincent Moran, Jr. (Theresa) and Michael Moran (Bridgett); his grandchildren, Kayla, Kendra, Desiree, Elijah, Logan, Ona Leigh and Taylor; his great grandchildren, Ross, Nico, Ellie, Ryland and Everly; and his siblings, Frannie Jones (Johnny), Bonnie Campo (Milton) and Murray Moran. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
