He is survived by: his wife Wendy Rawls; his children, Ryane Lee Rawls (Adriane), Timothy Scott Rawls (Allie), Rusty Wayne Rawls (Kristy) and Krista Alaine Locke (Zach); his grandchildren, Macee Rawls, Rylan Rawls, Mylee Rawls, Madelyn Rawls, Jack Rawls, Nicholas Rawls, Emma Locke, Eli Locke and Remi Rawls; his parents, James Eli Rawls and Doris Faye Jenkins Rawls; his brothers, Mike Rawls (Barbara) and Kenny Rawls (Dinah); his father-in-law Jerry "Dobbin" Parker; and his siblings-in-law, Shane Parker (Shelli) and Jill Bourgeios (Lionel). He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
