He is survived by: his wife Gay Scarbrough; his children, Amy Carter (Elvis Wells), Robert Dalton Scarbrough, Jr. (Christy) and Michael Duane Gregory; his siblings, Rocky Scarbrough (Valerie) and Madonna Allgood (Jimmy); and his grandchildren, Dixie, Jayden, Adelyn, Henry and Michael.
