He is survived by: his wife Hilda Marie Ferreira Souza; his children, Brenda-Lee Bentsen (Ben), Richard A. Souza, Jr. (Lee Ann) and Barry M. Souza (Lisa); and his brothers, Philip Souza and Joseph Souza. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and other family and friends.
