He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Blythe; his daughters, Madison Igo and Maranda Davis (Burton); his grandchildren, Burton, Rainie Davis, Anastasia, Beau and John Ryker Igo; his mother Norma Blythe; and his siblings, Randall Blythe (Karen) and Lisa Towles (Paul). He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
