He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Lee Goff Howell; his children, Abby Goff (Lloyd) and Buddy Howell (Kellie); his grandchildren, Austin Howell, Chris Howell and Nicole Wallace; his great grandchildren, Jenna Wallace, Luke Wallace and Evelyn Howell; and his sisters, Bernice Mills, Glenda Faye Steede, Cindy Hodges, Becky Howell and Lisa Cochran. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
