He was predeceased by: his parents, William Milstead and Freddie Milstead; and his brothers, James "Jimmy" Milstead, Tim Milstead and Lester "Smoky" Milstead.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kinney; his daughters, Shannon Milstead and Raylynn Milstead; his brother Eddie Milstead; and his grandchildren, Branden "Bam" Milstead and Addison "Addie" Milstead.
