She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Mason, Sr. and Marilyn Martin Mason; and her siblings, Sydney, Paul Mason, Melvin Mason, Jr., Marie Mason and Mavis Hill.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Linder (Wayne) and Leighanne Foster; her grandchildren, Mason and Aiden Linder; her sister Carolyn Jones (Steve); and her siblings-in-law, Jon Hill and Diane Mason. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, along with extended family.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rosedale Methodist Church (25400 Rosedale Church Rd, Lucedale, MS 39452). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Rosedale Cemetery (25400 Rosedale Church Rd, Lucedale, MS 39452).
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to Rosedale Methodist Church P.O. Box 127, Hurley, MS 39555 in Memory of Margaret Mason Veil.
