He is survived by: his wife Voncie Patrick Smith; his children, Pamela Eileen Smith Graham (Johnny), David Lionell Smith (Amy), Susan Lagene Smith Churchwell and Karen Voncille Smith Murphy (Troy); his grandchildren, Derek Graham (Madison), Holly Scarbrough (late Levi Scarbrough), Kayla Smith (Joanna), Jonathan Smith, Haley Parnell (Chris), Heather Vaxter (Tavaris), Ciara Brewer (Damon) and Roman; his great grandchildren, Nicole, Ryan, Bailey Scarbrough, Mila Graham, Holden Yace, Brycen, Tycen, Zayden, Mia Vaxter and Daci Brewer; and his nephew Kirby Allen Greer, Jr. (Janet). He is also survived by numerous other nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
