He is survived by: his children, Dawn Renee Madsen Salez, Kimberly Diane Madsen and Erick Marshall Madsen-Kearns; his grandchildren, Hunter King, Hailey King, Christopher Mrochinski, Alexa Ronan, Tayler Ronan, Jackson Kearns and Elliaha Kearns; his great grandchild Derek Mrochinski; his stepsons, Michael Warren and David; and his stepgrandson Joshua Warren. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
