He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Rachel "Elaine" Lee Layton; his brother-in-law Mike; his grandparents, Paw Paw, Maw Maw, Grannie, Ellis Ray, Gracie Lee of Lucedale, MS, Porter Mixon and Mary Francis Layton of Wewahitchka, FL; his father Larry Mixon Layton of Wewahitchka, FL; his uncle Colen Ray Lee of Pensacola, FL.; his children, Porter Hudson and Marlowe Quinn Layton; his sister Lori Ann Layton Ellis (Mike); his stepchildren, Eli and Mia Parker; his nieces, Gabby and Lexi Ellis; his nephew Zach Ellis; and his aunts, Mary Weeks Lee, Lorraine McDerment (Mitchell) and Linda Burttschell (John). He was also cherished by numerous cousins, a couple of best friends who were like brothers, countless friends, and co-workers.
