He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Kennedy; his parents, Ruby Cherry and Marion Kennedy (Bet); his brother Mike Kennedy; and his grandparents, George Kennedy and Evelynn Kennedy.
He is survived by: his sons, Larry Wayne Kennedy, Jr. and Christopher Michael Kennedy (Marcie); his grandchildren, Tiffiany Kennedy, Maegen Dixon, Ella Kennedy, Eli Kennedy and Kendall Dixon; his great grandchildren, Zakk Estep, Gary Kennedy, James Kennedy, Troy Kennedy, Landon Dixon, Ava Dixon and Ansleigh Dixon; and his siblings, Jerry Sorrell (Carol), Steve Kennedy, Allen Jenkins (Jane) and Michelle Kennedy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
