He was predeceased by: his wife Bobbie; and his daughter Karen Kay Gardner. He is survived by: his children, Katherine Tucker and Larry Gene Gardner Jr. (Pamela); and his grandchildren, Kimberly Ulmer, Amanda Ulmer, Stephanie Cain (Vance), Chasity Smith (Stephen), Colton Byrd (Lacey), Brent Martin (Courtney) and Kristyn Jones (Kevin). He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter; five sisters; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
