He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Franklin Eubanks and Barbara Dickerson Brown; and his siblings, Franklin Wayne Eubanks, Sr. and Deborah Lynn Gore. He is survived by: his daughter Skyler Lockley (Eddie); his grandchildren, Layla, London, Hunter, Karter and Lillian Lockley; and his siblings, Steve Eubanks (Darlene), Gwen Fisher (Mike), Jackie Eubanks (Tammy), Larry Eubanks Walz (Chris), Kim Havard (Larry) and Tim Eubanks (Pam). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to help with funeral expenses.
