She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo Clayton and Mae Drucella Seals (Holland); her former husband Willie Ronald Middleton; her husband Billy Dean Cooper; her son Steven Ronald Middleton; and her siblings, T. C. Seals, Alberta Boykin and Cora Jean Dickerson.
She is survived by: her children, Mickey Middleton (Teresa), Debbie Weber (Mike) and Pam Smith (Lee); her sister Teresa Crabtree (Darwin); and her children, Karen Reeves (Ronnie Joe), Austin Cooper (Linda), Michelle Littlefield (Nevalin) and David Cooper (Shannon). She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
