He was predeceased by: his wife Wilma Inez Rice; his son Jerry S. Rice, Jr.; his parents, Moody Rice and Zelda Davis Rice; and his sister Linda Hoyle.
He is survived by: his daughter Teresa Rice; his grandson Anthony Rice (Brooke); his great grandchildren, Analynn Moore and Rosalie Rice; and his siblings, Sandy Buckner (Alan) and Gerald Rice (Cheryl). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
