He was predeceased by: his parents, William Russell Davis, Sr. and Shirley Ann Christian Davis; his brother Robert Davis; and his grandparents, Rupert, Garnis Davis, Shirley and Irene Christian.
He is survived by: his wife Ida Fairley Davis; his children, Chance Davis and Samantha Mizelle; his siblings, William Davis, Jr. (Dixie) and Debra Henderson (Mark); and his sister-in-law Frances Marie Davis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
