He is survived by: his wife Betsy Smith; his children, Vicky Smith of Sweetwater, Mendy Smith of Houston, Texas, Lisa Ozborn McMillian (Mark) of Lucedale and Samuel Ozborn of Lucedale; his brother-in-law Gavin Churchwell of Lucedale; his niece Tracy Churchwell Harwood (Eddie) of Lucedale; his brothers, Ron Smith of Houston, Texas and Bruce Smith of Houston, Texas; his grandchildren, Gavin Ozborn of Ringgold, Georgia and Izabell Ozborn of Chattanooga, Tennessee; and his friends, Georgia, Marilyn and Tommy Southerland. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
