He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel C. Eubanks and Clara Havard Eubanks; and his brothers, Robert Eubanks, Banard Eubanks, Michael Eubanks, David Earl Eubanks, Daniel Jerald Eubanks, Wesley Eubanks and Donald Ray Eubanks.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Moody Eubanks; his children, Nita Christian (Keith) and Brian Eubanks (Katelyn); his grandchildren, Alec Christian (Emily) and Chevy Eubanks; and his siblings, Charles Eubanks (Freida), Marshall Eubanks and Marilyn Keel (Burt). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
