He is survived by: his siblings, Vonda Erkhart, Rayford McDonald (Cynthia) and Michelle Bryant; his nieces and nephews, Frankie Erkhart, Brian Erkhart, Kelly McDonald, Delaney McDonald, Cheyenne Ruebel and Cansandra Caudill; and his son Chad McDonald (Amanda). He is also survived by grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
