He is survived by: his son Zachary Lance Rush Parker; and his aunts and uncles, Julius Rush (Judy), Dan Rush (Donnie), Bo Rush (Sandy), Debbie Cornish, Pam Lewis (Derry), Frances Johnson Henderson, Mary Ellen Higginbotham (Carlton) and Karen Fioranelli. He is also survived by numerous cousins, other relatives and friends.
