He was predeceased by: his parents, Mae Doris Holland Price and Lawrence J Price. He is survived by: his sons, Charles William Lake Jr. (Stephany Lake), Matthew Lake (Diana Myrick), David Wilson, Clinten Skinner (Mitzi Skinner) and Edward Beech; and his grandchildren, Morgan Tess Lake Johnson, Dylan James Lake and Cameron Lake.
