He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jesse Alfred Hodges, Irene Hanson Hodges, Crawford "Buddy" Hobby and Lavonia "Sis" Howard Hobby; and his stepfather Lawrence Aricer.
He is survived by: his parents, Carole Hodges Aricer and Michael Clay Hobby (Ginny); his siblings, Katie Elizabeth Hobby Aricer and Michael "Paul" Hobby (Shelitha); and his nephews, Sean Stevens, Riley Parker, Carson Parker, Gage Wehr, Michael Paul Hobby, II and Jesse Alexander Hobby. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Moments Funeral Home (7158 MS-63, Lucedale, MS 39452).
