He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Gene and Anna Dean Kiser; his sisters, Patricia Kiser and Sheila Kiser Roman; and his father-in-law Gerald Evans.

He is survived by: his wife Angie Evans Kiser; his children, Joshua Carter Kiser (Angela), Jeremy Dewiett Kiser (Olivia Roberts) and Andrea Alyse Kiser (Mason Williamson); his grandchildren, Brienne Elizabeth Kiser, Joshua Deacon Kiser, Sierra Nicole Gregory and Aiden Henry Gregory; his mother-in-law Ann Evans; and his siblings-in-law, James Warren Evans (April), Judith Ann Howell (Marty) and Tara Nicole Hunt (Chad). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
