He is survived by: his girlfriend Carol Childress of Lucedale, MS; and his siblings, Sarah Butler of Lucedale, MS, Debra Butler (William "Booboo") of Deer Park, AL, Ricky Moore (Dorothy) of Vancleave, MS and Terry Moore (Kim) of Vancleave, MS. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
