He is survived by: his wife Dot Jones Reed; his sons, Jeff Reed (Pam), Ray Reed (Carol), Boo Reed (Melba) and Nick Reed (Deborah); his grandchildren, Justin Reed (Nikki), Amy Reed Clark (Jordan), Amber Reed Hill (Austin), Raychal Reed Roberts (Jud), Austin Reed, Madelyn Reed Vanlandingham (Bo Jack), Cody Reed (Jordan) and Taylor Skelton (Dustin); and his great grandchildren, Emmi Rose Reed, Elle Snow, Eden Snow, Evie Clark, Boyce Roberts, Ann Marlowe Roberts, Wyatt Reed, Sawyer Reed and Maddox Skelton.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials in honor of Buck be given to the Joshua Burkes Reed Memorial Lineman Scholarship through the EMCC Foundation.
