He is survived by: his children, Douglas Lockett, Jr., Clifton Porter (Catina), Dimario Parks (Lakaski), Marie Triplett, Pheebe Lockett, Angela Eiland, Dominique Houston, Kavedrick Lockett and Barry Triplett; and his siblings, Mable Thames (W. C.), Katie Hughes, Brenda Lockett, Gloria Johnson and Victor Lockett. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Beck Funeral Home- Louisville (226 North St, Louisville, MS 39339). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at the Springhill M. B. Church Cemetery (720 Crystal Ridge Rd, Louisville, MS 39339).
