He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Clytee Lindsey Compton; his stepfather Carlos Compton; his uncle William Earl; his aunt Clarice; his wife Sarah; his sons, Sammy Lindsey (Lisa) of Shuqualak, MS, Chuck Cotton (Gina) of Mashulaville, MS and David Cotton (Betty) of Preston, MS.; his granddaughters, Haley Kelley (Justin), Lillian Lindsey Ray, Sadie Lindsey, Ashley Cotton Cutrer (Lance) and Laura Leigh Cotton Chancellor (Dale); and his great grandchildren, Jackson Martinez, Sam Ray and Luke Cutrer.
