With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Travis Hughes in Louisville, Mississippi, born in Bruce, Mississippi, who passed away on September 20, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Etta Hughes and Elmer Hughes; his wife Shirly Latham Hughes of Louisville; his daughters, Charlet Gordon (Wayne) of Hernando, MS and Linda Kay Hughes of Gurnee, IL; his grandchildren, Natasha Soyland, Kyle Gordon and Heather Hubert; and his great grandchildren, Destiny Wilson, Kiley Wilson, Dean Hubert and Hannah Hubert.
Memorials may be made to South Louisville Baptist Church, or Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery.
