He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Howard and Ruth Hight Howard; and his brothers, Danny Howard and Lee Howard. He is survived by: his children, Renee Pursley of Bellville, TX, Andy Ingram of Lufkin, TX, Toni Howard of Columbus, MS, Dustin Howard of Louisiana and Whitney Blackwell of Jackson, MS; and his siblings, Mary Howard Kelly of Nacogdoches, TX, Leo Howard of McCool and Algene Howard of Kosciusko, MS. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
