He was predeceased by: his father Thurlow Russell; his grandparents, Edna and Lipton Oubre; and his great-grandparents, Carrie and George Russell.
He is survived by: his children, Cayman and Taylor Russell of Louisville; his mother Jenelle Parker Russell of DeKalb; his brothers, Jay Russell (Rhonda) and Robby Eubanks; his aunts, Suzy Thomas (Tommy) and Donna Sue Trigg (Rufus); his uncle Frankie Russell (Kim); his brother Joey Johns (Julie); and his grandmother Dobbin.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials in honor of Todd to be given to Nowell Massey Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses.
