He was predeceased by: his father Marvin Smith; his grandfather Johnny Haimes; and his brothers, Wayne and Donald Smith. He is survived by: his mother Rosie White Smith; his grandmother Joyce Haimes of Louisville; and his siblings, Debbie Buford of Starkville, Dennis Smith (Shelia) of Olive Branch, Kawanna Parsons (Doug) of Rochester, Melissa Smith of Ackerman and Bryan Smith (Janette) of Macon, Mississippi.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials in honor of Tim be given to Nowell-Massey Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses.
