He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Noah and Dorothy Stallsby Palmer; and his brothers, Bob and Paul Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Tina Morris Palmer of Louisville; his children, Shaun Palmer (Jessie) of Louisville and Shannon Palmer of Noxapater; his siblings, Sandra Ray of Marietta, Ronnie Palmer (Phyllis) of Louisville and Tony Palmer (Lori) of Columbus, Mississippi.; and his granddaughter Lucy.
