He is survived by: his wife Beverly Jackson Combs; his children, Beth Combs Stoots of Louisville and Robert Lee Combs, IV (Haley Moore) of Louisville; his sisters, Connie Combs Templeton (Chip) of Starkville, Mississippi and Phyllis Combs Miller (Stanley) of Knoxville, Tennessee; his niece Kara Templeton Herman; his nephews, Trey Templeton, Jeremy Miller and Luke Miller; and his brother-in-law Bruce Jackson.
