She was predeceased by: her parents, Oakley B. Livingston and Cora Vell Roberson Livingston; her sister Marjorie Simpson; her brother-in-law O. B. Simpson; her brother Pharris Livingston; and her sister-in-law Eddie Mae Livingston.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Leah Donald (Jeff) of Starkville, Lynn Day (Todd) of Brandon, Mississippi, Ricky Livingston (Elizabeth) of Franklin, Tennessee, Robert Simpson (Bonnie) of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Roland Simpson (Maurice) of Columbus, Mississippi. and Ronald Simpson (Linda) of Columbus, Mississippi.. She is also survived by loving great-nieces and great-nephews, other family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Massey Funeral Home (724 N Columbus Ave, Louisville, MS 39339). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Massey Funeral Home Chapel (724 N Columbus Ave, Louisville, MS 39339). A burial was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at the Evergreen Baptist Church Cemetery (18270 E Main St, Louisville, MS 39339).
Peggy always exhibited a positive attitude in life, particularly during her battle with Parkinson's disease.
