She was predeceased by: her parents, Zella Hancock Yarbrough and Robert Bernice Yarbrough; her sister Sarah Elizabeth Yarbrough; and her close friend Ralph. She is survived by: her husband Ralph L. Hathorn; her children, Ronnie, Billy and Sara Claire; her grandchildren, Kim Pitts (Barry), Brad Hathorn (Britton), Kyla Sanford, Lindsey Jenkins (Todd), Corey Hancock (Megan) and Matthew Perry Green; and her close friend Jessie Carter. She is also survived by her twelve great grandchildren.
