She was predeceased by: her husband James Edmond Davenport; her children, Safornia Knowles, John Eric Davenport, Johnnie B. Davenport, Mary Wells, James Davenport, Louis Triplett, David Davenport, Erlean Davenport, Wilean Morrow and Kenneth Davenport; and her siblings, Mary Greer, Robert Yarbrough, Marie Robinson and Zackery Yarbrough.
She is survived by: her children, Ernette Banks, Melvin S. Banks, Paula Davenport, Deborah Mitchell (Henry), Joshua M. Davenport (Kristan), Dixie Davenport, Rita Clay and Frankie Davenport; and her siblings, Franklin D. Yarbrough, Ernestine Haynes and Dean Jones. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, and a host of great grands, nieces, nephews, in-laws, and other family and friends.
