He was predeceased by: his wife Libby Ellis; his parents, Rose Lee and John Henry Ellis; and his sister Rosemary Woodward. He is survived by: his children, Patri Ellis of Louisville and Michael Ellis (Sheila) of Grenada, MS; and his grandchildren, Craven Ellis and Anaizabel Goodin Ellis.
