She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Fleming, Sr. and Linzie Danner Fleming; her husband Vernon Dale Mitchell; her siblings, O. P. Fleming, Jr., Bobby Gene Fleming, Earnest Fleming, Billy Ray Fleming, Bobby Lewis Fleming and Laverne McKay; and her son-in-law Joe Butler.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Butler of Wesson, Dale Mitchell of Louisville, Ronnie Mitchell (Ann) of Louisville and Sue Shotts (Frankie) of Louisville; her grandchildren, Brian Butler, Jennifer Conway (Ben), Chris Mitchell (Monica), Carrie Boyd, Kelli Mitchell, Jamie Shotts (Laura) and Jay Shotts (Katie); her great grandchildren, Vance Conway, Jacey Shotts, Blair Boyd, Avery Shotts and Thomas Shotts; her siblings, Eula Betts (Ted), Gloria Cade (Wallace), Joe Fleming (Agnes) and Terry Fleming (Judy); and her sisters-in-law, Martha Fleming and Sheila Fleming. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, other family members and many friends.
