He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Doug Boatner. He is survived by: his parents, Carl Adams and Margaret Jennings Adams of Louisville; his son Marty Adams of New Orleans, Louisiana.; his sisters, Patty Boatner of Louisville, Peggy Adams of Louisville and Lynn Graham (Donnie) of Louisville; and his nephew Clark Graham.
