She was predeceased by: her parents, James Henry and Hazel White Strickland; her brother James Henry "Butch" Strickland; and her great-niece Carmen Smith. She is survived by: her sisters, Marie Butler of Jackson, MS and Debrah Gordon of Ackerman; and her nieces and nephews, Deedra Bookout, Gina Smith, Kristy Johnston, Jennifer Burns, Brandy Burnett, Henry Strickland, Robert Strickland, Brian Gordon and Neil Gordon.
