He is survived by: his wife Judy Smith Copas of Louisville; his children, Judy Purvis (Bill) of Dyersburg, Penny Forsythe (Greg) of Louisville, Ron Copas (Sharon) of Blountville, Sam Miles of Louisville, Billy Copas (Lauren) of Ackerman and Shelby Copas (Alisha) of Louisville; and his grandchildren, Bill Purvis (Heather), Mark Purvis, Keith Purvis (Rizza), Junior Ribling, Phillip Forsythe, Adrienne Forsythe, Austin Forsythe, Jason Copas (Gina), Shanna Greene, Hannah Ware (Kevin), Brandon Copas (Jenny), Justin Copas, Cody Copas (Amber), Carly Copas and Maddie Copas.
