He is survived by: his wife Dianne Quinn Gregory of Louisville; his son David Scott Gregory of Louisville; his grandchildren, Anna Faith Gregory of Louisville and David Jace Perry Gregory of Louisville; his sister Eleanor Gregory Fordyce of Byhalia, MS; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Quinn of Louisville and Billy Quinn.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to Sta-Home Hospice, or the Harmony Baptist Cemetery Fund.
