He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Collins, Sr. and Marion Martin Collins; his son Cody Collins; and his brother Douglas Ray Collins. He is survived by: his wife Tracy Brannon Collins of Louisville; his sons, Chase Collins of Louisville and Caden Collins of Fort Bliss; his uncle Ronnie Collins; and his aunts, Jessie Faye Woodiel (Woody), Donna Crowell (Pete) and Georgette Harmon (Steve). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
