She was predeceased by: her parents, Troy Eaves and Alice Clay Eaves; her husband Henry Moody Moore; her brother Robbie Tingle; her aunt Doris Ward; and her son-in-law Woody Moody.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Moody of Louisville and Shannon Holdiness of Louisville; her grandchildren, Christopher Moody, Dylan Moody, Katie Holdiness, Chelsea Holdiness, Kyle Holdiness (Holley) and Lizzie Holdiness; her great grandchildren, Nich Holdiness, Luke Holdiness, Jacob Moody, Wesley Holdiness, Kylie Brooke Holdiness and Harper Elaine Peterson; her brother Ray Tingle of New Orleans, Louisiana; her sister-in-law Rhonda Tingle; and her cousins, Sarah Eaves, Cindy Ward and Shirley White. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
