He is survived by: his wife Patsy Garrard Foster; his daughter Ginger Ward (Josh) of Deltona, FL; his siblings, Gloria Gregg (Cecil) of Louisville, Glenda Reed (Jerry) of Louisville and Ricky Foster (Seretia) of Louisville; and his grandson Chandler Foster.
