He was predeceased by: his parents, Mozell Cockrell Warner and C. B. Warner; and his sister Jean McDill. He is survived by: his sisters, Kendall Hemphill (Marvin) of Louisville, Shirley McDill of Louisville, Ruby Jane Shorman of Waukegan, IL and Dianne Coleman of Sturgis.
